Our Pay for Performance program is what sets us apart from our competition and allows our customers to rank their maid service on a scale from 1-10. This ranking directly determines what our house cleaners earn on each job, making sure that you get a Level 10 clean each and every time.
Our company also supports the “Cleaning for a Reason” organization. Through this relationship, we offer free house cleanings to anyone undergoing cancer treatment. Our family has known cancer first-hand and how the support and kindness of others can be a blessing.

Our Westfield Team
Vincent and Danielle Corso are proud to be part of the Two Maids & A Mop network as owners of the first Two Maids New Jersey franchise.
After 10 years as a graphic designer for various publications in the print industries, Danielle became a mom to twins and left her full-time career to pursue motherhood and freelance design work. Her love for art led her to open her own paint and sip business “Art Chick Designs”, where she enjoys helping adults and children create their own unique work of art. She now balances family life, her art business, and full-time role as Two Maids owner-manager!
Vincent has 20 years of experience in finance and accounting and holds a Master’s Degree in Global Management. His most recent role was as Vice President-Corporate Controller and previously held senior finance positions at several leading companies. In his spare time, Vincent is a competitive distance runner and is an active member of the New York Road Runners. He has traveled across the US and abroad, completing 27 marathons. Vinnie combines his love of running with volunteer work as a coach for Team for Kids in New York City and also coaches his children’s sports teams.
Vincent and Danielle reside in Westfield, NJ. Along with their twins, Vincent Jr. and Elena, they also have a rescue cat named Kali, a rescue dog named Buster, a frog, and a bunch of fish. The Corso family enjoys spending time together watching movies, traveling, attending races and football games, or being outdoors cycling, swimming, walking and enjoying nature and the beach. They are excited to continue to grow Two Maids & A Mop of Westfield and be an active part of their community.
