Our Pay for Performance program is what sets us apart from our competition and allows our customers to rank their maid service on a scale from 1-10. This ranking directly determines what our house cleaners earn on each job, making sure that you get a Level 10 clean each and every time.
Our company also supports the “Cleaning for a Reason” organization. Through this relationship, we offer free house cleanings to anyone undergoing cancer treatment. Our family has known cancer first-hand and how the support and kindness of others can be a blessing.

We are Sanjay and Angelina Puligadda, the people behind Two Maids of West Chester.
Angie and I have been married for 10 years and have three beautiful daughters: Priyanka who just turned eight, Nikki who will turn six this year, and Meghna who will turn four this year.
They are amazing kids with a love for art, music and animals.
Angie grew up in Wenatchee, Washington; she went to Lehigh University for her degree in Management, and then went to Japan for four years to teach English. On her return, she went to Concordia University for religious studies and was serving as church administrator in Greendale Indiana when we met.
I have been a college professor for 15 years with an MBA and a PhD from elite universities. Prior to academia I worked as area sales manager for a large multinational, and as account planner for an advertising agency.
Due to the demands of my full-time job, Angie mostly runs the show. Her dual degrees, expertise in management, and related work experience are an asset in overseeing our operations and caring about our customers and employees.
Two Maids is about something more than cleaning, it is about giving people their time back, time they can spend with their families, doing other important things. We are committed to doing whatever we can to help you get your time back.
