GET THE KIDS INVOLVED WITH CLEANING THIS WEEKEND

Hello there, I’m Mari Millard, the owner and manager of the maid service team at Two Maids & A Mop serving Alexandria, VA!
The dream of being a business owner started at an early age for me. While my friends were playing Barbie, I was playing office. From our family room, my corporate office operated – a card table, old phone, manila folders, and the stock section of the newspaper. I would bark orders to my imaginary assistant. The stakes were high, and my assistant would get fired daily, but my goal was to operate a profitable and successful business.
As I grew into the business world, much of my time was devoted to building and growing teams. I took on challenging projects for demanding bosses, worked hard, and my work was often grinding - coming in each day driving team performance. Then each day started to feel the same. It was hard to stay motivated, and even more so, to motivate others to keep going. Fast-forward more than thirty years later and my dream was finally realized. After considering many other business options, I found an amazing opportunity in the maid service industry and decided to join Two Maids & A Mop.
As I made my home in their Alexandria, VA office, I began to apply my background to my new business. Today, I’m thrilled to be able to help my team grow and give them the opportunity to earn more through our Pay-Per-Performance plan. By recognizing and praising them for their hard work, our team is able to provide our clients with the best service in the DC Metro area. In addition to our amazing customer service and client retention, it excites me to know we are also able to give back to the community.
At Two Maids and A Mop, we are partnering with Cleaning for a Cause and will be donating our maid service to women who are receiving treatment for cancer. We’re excited to be part of the Montgomery County community and hope that you give us an opportunity to provide your next professional house cleaning!
