Hello, my name is Trey Davila, owner of Two Maids & A Mop of Houston, providing residential cleaning services to Central Houston. I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Texas A&M University – Kingsville. I was an Army ROTC scholarship recipient at TAMUK and was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army’s Transportation Corps upon graduating. My leadership experience in the military, along with my professional experience working in a Fortune 50 company, has provided the tools and foundation necessary to operate a customer-oriented business such as Two Maids & A Mop.
Being surrounded by many entrepreneurs over the past few years firmly planted my passion for operating my own business. Being a multi-generational Texan, I wanted to be near my family and friends in Houston and decided this was the city to pursue my ambitions. After exploring different business ideas, I decided to pursue business ownership with a Two Maids & A Mop franchise in April of 2019. The people at Two Maids & A Mop and the Pay for Performance Plan are what ultimately led me to a conclusion on my search for a business and made this partnership the right fit. Our Pay for Performance Plan is a straightforward and simple way that customers directly impact their house cleaners pay by rating their cleaning experience each time we clean. No other cleaning company offers this level of customer service to their homeowners.
I am excited to be on this adventure in such a great and dynamic city. I look forward to earning your trust, building a long-lasting relationship, giving you a clean home and most importantly, giving you more time to do what you love!

I loved the whole experience! My house was cleaned from top to bottom and they were very nice and they exceeded my expectations! I can’t wait for next month for them to be back.

Two professionals, obviously experienced, made my home shine! They worked as a strong team, made sure we were satisfied before leaving and sealed my decision to start recurring cleaning appointments. Thanks!

Being 8 months pregnant and having a 3 year old has made it difficult to clean our home. Two Maids provided great service for an affordable price.

I had never hired a housekeeper before my Two Maids experience. My ladies did an awesome job in a quick 2 hours. I would definitely hire them again.

Great experince working with the two maids company. I'm extremely impressed with their ability to communicate effectively and get the job done timely.. Not mention the actual work was done at a high level.

Kudos for a job well done to the two professional house cleaners who completed my apartment move-out cleaning. Great service!

Always an amazing job and friendly staff! I trust them in my home even when I am gone.

They provide a great service. Very professional and kind people.
I am very happy with the results

Natalia was extremely thorough and cleaned above and beyond what I was expecting.

The two people were very friendly and respectful. They did an excellent job. I was very satisfied. Thank you so much.

Great service and good quality. I appreciated the customer service I received. I also appreciate that the owner is fellow a military veteran.

They did exactly what I had asked for under fairly challenging circumstances, place a mess still moving in, had company and I was unable to show them much due to limited mobility from recent hip surgery. Very friendly and professional women...

Just a fantastic experience all around! Easy to book, quick responses from Trey , and an overall great job with my move out deep cleaning.

The cleaners that came were very detailed and meticulous. They paid extra attention to my kitchen and bathrooms which are very important to me.

Great service provided from the Two Maids team! On time, and worked diligently! Will recommend to family and friends!

I cannot express how satisfied I am with this business. Our family home needed more than I could see, however, Marissa and her team came over and did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. I will use them again!! Thank you!!

Everything was great! I am very happy I chose to hire Two Maids and a Mop Houston. I highly recommend them! My apartment was spotless when I got home and I will definitely book another cleaning soon.

I’ve used them twice already such great service. Quick response , very reasonable and left my place looking like I just moved in.

Lexie and Sam did a great job, everything is very clean, and if messy, they organize the area (not just clean around the mess). They helped organza in ways I hadn't considered.

They did an excellent job! Everything that I ask of was clean/sanitize. Will definitely use this service again in the future and will recommend to others! Thank you again!

Always pleasant, convenient and a job well done!
It's a different type of 'clean' that I can't get on my own, no matter how hard I try!

Trey was very responsive to our needs, the cleaning crew showed up on time and did an excellent job. The owner even came back to check that we were happy with the service. Great customer service, I will use them again.

I sent Two Maids and a Mop Houston to clean my mothers home. My mother was extremely happy and thankful for such a clean home. Trey is easy to communicate with and all the work done exceeded my expectations.

We had the best experience using Two Maids and a Mop Houston. Trey and his team are professional and my house looked amazing after the cleaning.

I am very pleased with the cleaning my home received and the customer service from Trey. They provide some of the best rates I’ve seen in town with a pricing structure as well to ensure good service. Will continue to use them for future cleanings!

The maids who came to clean my house in preparation for sale did an excellent job. They were on-time, quick, and thorough. I would absolutely use Two Maids again for another cleaning project.
