We offer a 48 hour minimum booking cancelation or reschedule without fees. We will provide reminders leading up to the day of your appointment. If we are unable to gain access to your home within the appointment window, we will attempt to reach you using all contact methods we have on file for you and wait 30 minutes, after which we may charge up to 50% of the quoted cleaning price to recoup some of our costs. Also now that the warmer weather season is here, please note that our team performs physically demanding tasks in your home. To ensure our crew's well being, we kindly request that you adjust your thermostat to a moderate degree.
