Two Maids prioritizes customer service and quality
At Two Maids, our goal is to make a difference in people's daily lives. We help busy families maintain beautiful, clean and healthy homes and take care of the chores that no one has the time or energy to do. We proudly serve our customers so they can focus on what matters most to them.
Two Maids actively supports the "Cleaning for a Reason" organization, which offers free housecleaning to people undergoing cancer treatment. Most of us have experienced cancer first-hand and we know that the kindness and service of others is a blessing that can provide some comfort and peace of mind in challenging times. Two Maids is proud to play a small part in that effort. We also partner with Alliance for Hope International to help provide support and care for survivors of domestic violence.
At Two Maids, we endeavor to build dedicated and honest teams that looks forward to caring for your home. Our Carmel Team
I’m Fredrick Vance, and I started Two Maids of Carmel and Noblesville because I want to serve our community to improve the quality of life. My wife Kristin and I moved here in 2013 with our four children (Will, Sam, Calvin, and Lili) so that we could be closer to our midwestern extended families. At that time, I made a promise to my kids that they would not have to move again under our watch, with the hopes that they could establish bonds in this community and make it their home. We were warmly welcomed into Westfield, have found the northside of Indianapolis a great place to live, and have flourished as a family because of that welcoming sentiment extended to us. It’s been fantastic!
In 2023 I was let go from Aearo Technologies LLC, a 3M company, due to a downsizing event to reduce costs. This gave me pause to reconsider what I really wanted to do with my life. The grounding promise to my kids meant that my traditional employment options were limited, as there were only a handful of companies in the Indianapolis area that employed PhD chemists. But with more than 24 years in corporate R&D and over a decade of management experience, I expected to find opportunities at these reputable Indianapolis establishments. That didn’t happen. God very clearly shut those doors for me, or at least allowed them to be shut. That’s when I decided to put my formal education aside and broaden my search to discover how I could best serve the community which I had decided to call my home.
Enter Two Maids. As a lifelong researcher, my goal has always been to improve the quality of life. I’d love to take major tasks off every homeowner’s plate, taking care of the regular dirt, grime, and chaos of everyday life so they can get back to living and enjoying each of their every days. I also love investing in a business model where not only the customers get what they paid for through direct feedback, but that same feedback ensures that the people doing the work are appropriately compensated. That’s one of the ways Two Maids stands out in their pay for performance model, and one of the reasons I want to work as hard as I can to get Two Maids into your home.
