At Two Maids, our goal is to make a difference in people's daily lives. We help busy families maintain beautiful, clean and healthy homes and take care of the chores that no one has the time or energy to do. We proudly serve our customers so they can focus on what matters most to them.
Two Maids actively supports the "Cleaning for a Reason" organization, which offers free housecleaning to people undergoing cancer treatment. Most of us have experienced cancer first-hand and we know that the kindness and service of others is a blessing that can provide some comfort and peace of mind in challenging times. Two Maids is proud to play a small part in that effort. We also partner with Alliance for Hope International to help provide support and care for survivors of domestic violence.

My name is Brenda Ramirez and I am the proud owner of Two Maids & A Mop, a reputable maid service in Burleson, TX.
I am a native of Fort Worth but at a young age moved to Kansas City and I am beyond honored to be able to have the opportunity to be back in my home state and serve the community of Burleson.
Two Maids & A Mop shares many of the core values that we share as a company: Passion, Patience, Hustle and Culture. Being raised by a single mother of 4, life was hectic at times. It meant helping mom clean, cook and having to lose out on a lot of fun and exciting moments as a kid and even into my adolescent years to help her out. I always knew I wanted to be able to “break the cycle” and dreamed of becoming a successful business owner. It took patience, passion and definitely a lot of hustle. But here I am, 17 years later, doing what I always wished- creating a company in which we all treat each other as family so that we can provide the best home cleaning experience for our customers that exceeds their expectations and in turn, allows them to spend more quality time with their loved ones. We want our passion for our company to radiate throughout every home we enter.
With Two Maids & A Mop’s Pay for Performance concept, which sets us apart from our competition, customers can rate their maid service on a scale from 1-10. This score directly affects how much our professional home cleaners earn on each task, ensuring that they strive for a Level 10 clean every time.

Meet Erika- Assistant Manager!
I am Erika Soto and I am excited to present myself to you as an Assistant Manager of Two Maids & A Mop, Burleson! I have lived most of my life in Texas so I am super excited to be able to grow and give back to the community that saw me grow up.
I have two beautiful dogs- Hershey and Coco (my favorite chocolate is a Hershey bar 😊). They are the heart and soul of our home and are very spoiled.
My main goal with this Franchise is to be able to provide a healthy and positive environment for our customers by providing the best cleaning service through all of us as Two Maids & A Mop. A clean home is a happy home! I share the same passion that this company has in creating a fun and caring work environment for everyone and I can't wait to do just that!

What's the main reason you work here?
To be able to build a company that takes pride in the service we provide to our customers while creating an all inclusive and fun work environment in which everyone feels part of a family.
If you don't work here, what would you do instead?
I love to work with kids. More than likely I'd serve as an interpreter at a school again to be able to help communities and promote parent involvement in their child's education.
What's your philosophy on customer service?
We care about the wellbeing of every person. Creating a positive and fun work environment allows us to be able to give our customers an experience they look forward to. We're all part of a family.
What are you most proud of?
Our dedication and perseverance. This company is a dream becoming a reality. It took a lot of heart, hard work and dedication that makes me very proud.
