Cancellations or rescheduling must be done more than 48 hours before the cleaning appointment, otherwise we charge a fee as follows:  
Recurring Customers: Short-notice cancellations less than 48 hours before the cleaning appointment will be charged a fee of $50.
One-Time Cleans:  A cancellation within 24 hours before the cleaning appointment will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the cleaning quote.  A cancellation less than 48 hours before the cleaning appointment will be charged a fee of $100.
