About Us
Two Maids prioritizes customer service and quality
At Two Maids, our goal is to make a difference in people's daily lives. We help busy families maintain beautiful, clean and healthy homes and take care of the chores that no one has the time or energy to do. We proudly serve our customers so they can focus on what matters most to them.
Two Maids actively supports the "Cleaning for a Reason" organization, which offers free housecleaning to people undergoing cancer treatment. Most of us have experienced cancer first-hand and we know that the kindness and service of others is a blessing that can provide some comfort and peace of mind in challenging times. Two Maids is proud to play a small part in that effort. We also partner with Alliance for Hope International to help provide support and care for survivors of domestic violence.
At Two Maids, we endeavor to build dedicated and honest teams that looks forward to caring for your home. We know that providing our Professional House Cleaners with a growth plan, healthy compensation, and an environment that fosters encouragement and compassion will result in happier employees that can better meet or exceed our customers expectations.
Two Maids cherishes the value people with disabilities bring to all aspects of life and we strive to ensure access to employment opportunities and our services where possible. We work diligently to align our websites and web applications with the latest Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). We work to keep pace with these ever-evolving standards because we recognize their importance in making the digital world a more accessible environment for those with disabilities. Our Summerville Team
Several years ago, I was deep in the chaos and beauty of motherhood, raising three little ones in a 3,200-square-foot home that somehow always needed to be cleaned again the moment I finished. Every spare second was spent wiping, scrubbing, organizing, or chasing after the next mess. I don’t think I sat on my own couch for the first six months we lived in that house here in South Carolina. I couldn’t relax unless everything was spotless. It became an obsession that left me drained and disconnected from the moments that mattered most.
Hiring my first house cleaner was a turning point. I was nervous about letting someone into my home, and even more nervous about letting go of control. But when they walked in with a smile and started cleaning my safe space, something inside me shifted. I felt emotional because, for the first time, the weight wasn’t all on my shoulders. Any busy mom can feel that moment in her soul. It wasn’t “just a clean house,” it was permission to breathe again. And when my spark returned, I showed up and stepped in to clean my friend's homes, because I knew what it felt like to need help and not have the energy to ask.
That feeling stayed with me. It changed me. And it’s a big part of why I built Two Maids of Summerville. Today I’m in a place where I can create a team that brings that same relief and support to other families who give their all every single day. My faith, my gratitude, and my own journey as a mom shape the way I run this business. I believe a clean home brings peace, clarity, and room for God to move in your life. I believe in showing up with kindness, love, integrity, and excellence. And I believe every family deserves to feel supported, cared for, and able to focus on the moments that matter.
Love & Light,
