About Us
Two Maids prioritizes customer service and quality
At Two Maids, our goal is to make a difference in people's daily lives. We help busy families maintain beautiful, clean and healthy homes and take care of the chores that no one has the time or energy to do. We proudly serve our customers so they can focus on what matters most to them.
Two Maids actively supports the "Cleaning for a Reason" organization, which offers free housecleaning to people undergoing cancer treatment. Most of us have experienced cancer first-hand and we know that the kindness and service of others is a blessing that can provide some comfort and peace of mind in challenging times. Two Maids is proud to play a small part in that effort. We also partner with Alliance for Hope International to help provide support and care for survivors of domestic violence.
At Two Maids, we endeavor to build dedicated and honest teams that looks forward to caring for your home. We know that providing our Professional House Cleaners with a growth plan, healthy compensation, and an environment that fosters encouragement and compassion will result in happier employees that can better meet or exceed our customers expectations.
Two Maids cherishes the value people with disabilities bring to all aspects of life and we strive to ensure access to employment opportunities and our services where possible. We work diligently to align our websites and web applications with the latest Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). We work to keep pace with these ever-evolving standards because we recognize their importance in making the digital world a more accessible environment for those with disabilities. Our Oviedo Team
My name is Anthony Trương. I was born in Saigon in 1973, two years before the Vietnam War officially ended. In 1979, my father and older brother, along with 730 other Vietnamese, risked everything and piled into an old wooden fishing boat. Under the cloak of night, they slipped out from the shores of Communist Vietnam. After enduring 17 days at sea and surviving seven savage attacks from different Thailand pirate boats resulting in more than a dozen deaths, their boat reached Thailand. There my father and brother were herded into an overcrowded camp with other Vietnamese refugees. They remained there under difficult living conditions for two years until being brought to New Jersey under the sponsorship of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church.
Growing up in Saigon in the late 70s and early 80s was especially challenging due to the lack of food, running water, and electricity. In those days, electricity and water were provided by the state on a random rotation only. The only food source that was available to the masses was Daphnia Seeds: the food that was used to feed livestock. Things did not improve until my father and older brother could relocate to the United States. They worked hard to send money back home to help my mom and me. Finally, on July 26, 1985, 6 years after our forced separation, our family was able to reunite at JFK International Airport in New York. I remember seeing my father and brother smiling, crying and waving in the glass waiting room. I was overjoyed. I raced through the customs building, out the front door, hurdling the cement steps and fell right into my father’s open arms. I wept tears of joy as he hugged me and kissed me. I’ve loved America since the very first day and I’ve taken full advantage of what this great country has to offer. I graduated from middle school and high school with honors.
I worked three part-time jobs to help pay for my college education. I never once complained about how tired I was or how long the hours were, I was simply happy because I was one step closer to achieving my dream: to be the first in my extended family to graduate college. In 1995, I accomplished that dream in front of friends and family when I graduated from the State College of New Jersey with a BS degree in Business Administration & Management.
When researching a new business opportunity, I came across Two Maids & A Mop and reached out to Ron Holt, the founder and CEO. After meeting with Ron, I walked away impressed with the passion and forward-thinking of the company. A few months later, I became the proud owner of Two Maids & A Mop Oviedo and I haven’t looked back.
At Two Maids & A Mop Oviedo, we put the customer at the heart of everything we do. It is in my DNA to work hard and to be grateful for every day. Thank you, we look forward to providing an amazing service experience for your family.
