Our Miami Beach Team
After more than 15 years in the corporate world, working in banking and the investment industry, I reached a point where I was ready for a new chapter—one that felt more aligned with my values and the kind of life I wanted to build. With the full support of my husband, I made the decision to step away from my corporate career and pursue something more meaningful and personal: opening our own residential cleaning franchise.
What drew us most to this path was the opportunity to build something of our own—making our own decisions, creating our own standards, and having a direct, positive impact on the lives of others. Beyond that, we were especially inspired by the people aspect of the business. From the very beginning, it was important to us not only to serve families in our community, but also to create job opportunities and contribute to the well-being of the people around us.
Although we are both originally from Colombia, Miami is the place that brought us together—and it has been our home for over 20 years. This community means everything to us. Being able to serve the same neighborhoods we live in, while building relationships based on trust, quality, and care, is incredibly rewarding. That same sense of connection shapes who we are outside of work as well—we enjoy discovering new places and cultures whenever we can, and we are big animal lovers, starting with our dog Oreo, who is a very special part of our family.
Our goal is simple: to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services while treating every home—and every person we work with—with respect and attention to detail. This isn’t just a business for us; it’s a commitment to our community.

Two Maids prioritizes customer service and quality
At Two Maids, our goal is to make a difference in people's daily lives. We help busy families maintain beautiful, clean and healthy homes and take care of the chores that no one has the time or energy to do. We proudly serve our customers so they can focus on what matters most to them.
Two Maids actively supports the "Cleaning for a Reason" organization, which offers free housecleaning to people undergoing cancer treatment. Most of us have experienced cancer first-hand and we know that the kindness and service of others is a blessing that can provide some comfort and peace of mind in challenging times. Two Maids is proud to play a small part in that effort. We also partner with Alliance for Hope International to help provide support and care for survivors of domestic violence.
