Local owners Joe and Karen Ready, proud Mooresville residents, bring a combined background in leadership, customer service, and community care to the Two Maids family. Joe, a U.S. Army veteran who served in the 82nd Airborne Division, spent over 30 years in the grocery retail industry, where he built high-performing teams and delivered exceptional experiences for both customers and employees. Karen, with a 15-year career in healthcare, has always been driven by compassion and a deep dedication to caring for others.
Now, Joe and Karen are excited to channel their skills and passion into the home cleaning industry. Their decision to open Two Maids of Lake Norman is rooted in their desire to serve the local community with integrity, professionalism, and care. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 48 hours prior to your scheduled clean. Otherwise, you may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. A 100% lockout fee may also apply if we are unable to gain entry to the home in a reasonable amount of time.
