Two Maids prioritizes customer service and quality
At Two Maids, our goal is to make a difference in people's daily lives. We help busy families maintain beautiful, clean and healthy homes and take care of the chores that no one has the time or energy to do. We proudly serve our customers so they can focus on what matters most to them.
Two Maids actively supports the "Cleaning for a Reason" organization, which offers free housecleaning to people undergoing cancer treatment. Most of us have experienced cancer first-hand and we know that the kindness and service of others is a blessing that can provide some comfort and peace of mind in challenging times. Two Maids is proud to play a small part in that effort. We also partner with Alliance for Hope International to help provide support and care for survivors of domestic violence.
At Two Maids, we endeavor to build dedicated and honest teams that looks forward to caring for your home. We know that providing our Professional House Cleaners with a growth plan, healthy compensation, and an environment that fosters encouragement and compassion will result in happier employees that can better meet or exceed our customers expectations.

Our Columbia Team
I have been involved with Two Maids for about 5 years, and one critical piece of information I have learned is that we are not a cleaning company, but a people company. If I find great people of high character and a strong work ethic, while maintaining a culture of positivity, optimism and family, then our people will take amazing care of our clients by doing great quality work.
It doesn't happen overnight, or with a snap of your fingers. It takes time and intentionality to have the company culture that we have. I am fortunate to have the best business partner one can have who runs the day to day of Two Maids, Cassidy.
We are not a transactional company, but a relationship-oriented company. We take pride when we can be a part of someone's family by handling the cleaning aspect of their home so they can use that time gained back to live life, experience life and create more memories as a family, instead of cleaning their home.
I am so proud of the quality of wonderful people we have on our team, and they take great pride in the work that they do.

I love my job! I love going home each day knowing I made a difference in someone's life, no matter how small.
If you don't work here, what would you do instead?
I'm a trained barista and would probably be in a coffee shop :)
What's your philosophy on customer service?
That treating customers (and everyone) with kindness and grace is the only option.
